This was my first real estate website as well as my first website as a business owner. I learned two important lessons here. First, real estate in Colombia is much different than real estate in the U.S. Second, to make sure that I really am targeting my audience and not letting my desire to build the coolest website control me. It’s easy to want to push the limits and build a modern design, but Lucy wanted simple, and with her target audience she was absolutely right. Nothing fancy, but exactly what the client wanted.

An easy to use image gallery lets the customers easily scan through thumbnails of images without a lot of work on the staff’s end. New listings can be placed in minutes, with the translation to the other language taking no time at all.
